A binding price is only ever given in a written quote issued after a free on-site measure, and that quote sets out exactly what is included. Prices change with materials, site conditions and the amount of preparation a subfloor needs.

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract. We will contact you to arrange a measure, and any work proceeds on the terms set out in the written quote you accept.
