Questions
The things people actually ask.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you call during working hours. If you send a form on a Saturday afternoon you will hear from us Monday morning.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. We come to you, measure properly, look at the existing floor and the subfloor, and give you a written fixed price. There is no charge and no obligation.
What should I have ready before you come out?
Rough square metres if you know them, an idea of the look you are after, and access to a corner of the existing floor so we can see what is underneath. Photos beforehand help but are not essential.
Do you work with builders and insurance jobs?
Yes — new builds, renovations, strata, insurance make-goods and commercial fit-outs. Send through the scope and we will price it.
