Nulook has been laying floors across Perth for eight years. In that time the work has spread from the northern corridor — Butler, Clarkson, Joondalup — out to Fremantle and the southern estates, into the western suburbs for herringbone and feature floors, and east to Midland and the hills.
The job changes more than people expect from one side of the city to the other. North of Joondalup almost everything is a new slab with tile to remove. In Fremantle and the western suburbs you are as likely to find original jarrah under the carpet. Up in the hills there are still suspended timber subfloors and a genuinely wetter winter to design around.

Which Perth suburbs do you cover?
The whole metro — from Yanchep and Two Rocks in the north to Mandurah in the south, out to Ellenbrook, Midland and the hills in the east. If you are within about an hour of the CBD we will come to you.
Do you charge a travel fee?
No. Travel is built into the quote. What can change the price is difficult access — a third-floor walk-up, no parking for a truck, or a long carry from the street.
How soon can you come and measure?
Usually within a few days. The measure is free, takes about half an hour, and you get a written fixed price rather than a verbal estimate.
